Workstation Requirements
- Minimum Pentium 133 Mhz, 64 MB RAM and 10 MB free HDD
- Windows 98, 2000, ME, XP, 2003, Vista
- .NET Framework 2.0
After downloading the Install Kit (www.projectviewercentral.com/download)
follow these steps to install the Solo/PC on your workstation.
- Log on to your computer.
Note: You must have
administrative rights to install HPV Solo/PC. You do not need admin rights to
run the program.
- In Windows Explorer locate the HPV Solo Install Kit.
- Run HPV_Solo_PC_2007_Trial.msi and follow the onscreen instructions.
- Click Start/ Programs/ Viewer Central Inc/ HPV Solo 2007/ HPV Solo 2007 to run the application.
For a Silent Installation of HPV Solo/PC follow these steps:
- Locate the Install Kit (as above).
- Open the Command Prompt Window.
- Locate the directory where you have copied the HPV_Solo_PC_2007_Trial.msi file.
- Use the command msiexec /i HPV_Solo_PC_2007_Trial.msi /q KEY="license_key"
- Custom parameters that can be used when installing HPV Solo/PC 2007:
- SEARCHMSP="1" - keeps the Microsoft Project file association for .mpp and .mpt files
- ALLUSERS="1" - installs HPV Solo/PC 2007 for all users that use the computer
- KEY="license_key" - use entered license key to register HPV Solo/PC 2007
To Uninstall HPV Solo/PC
To uninstall HPV open Start -> Control Panel -> Add Remove Programs. Select HPV SOLO 2007 then Remove.
