Upon purchase all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on CD-ROM or internet download versions of our software. Viewer Central products are available for trial periods during which you are allowed to examine and evaluate our software products prior to purchase. We encourage you to use the trial period to determine the appropriateness and effectiveness of our software relative to your needs and resources. All software is sold "as is".

In the event that your software is delivered on damaged or defective media, Viewer Central will provide replacement media.
